1. Search for new manpower as per plant requirement.
2. Planning with existing site supervisors and gathering requirement3. Screening and selection of manpower4. Coordinate interviews, manage the recruitment timeline, and handle the paperwork for new hires. 5. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and support employee retention and development initiatives6. Reporting and analysis: Analyze recruitment campaign performance, generate reports, and make recommendations to improve recruitment strategies7. Promote the company as a good place to work to attract talent, often by managing the company's presence on social media.
