Job Description

Objectives:

To perform various laboratory inspection activities such cleanliness inspection, coating inspection, concentration check, part marking inspection and incoming ingredient inspection.
To participate in innovation ideas

Role & responsibilities

Perform the cleanliness inspection on the parts
Perform the sample preparation and testing on thermal coating samples
Perform tensile bond strength test
Monitoring the degreasing chemical
Lab test report preparation
Safe handling and maintenance of the laboratory equipment
Estimate the laboratory ingredients and consumable requirements and communicate to the laboratory manager
Training and mentoring the future technicians
Working with Cross Functional Team for better process flow
Perform incoming inspection of controlled ingredients
Ensure timely calibration of Laboratory equipments

Preferred candidate profile

Material examinations and test technics
Hands-on experience of working on the sample preparation machines(cutting machine, polishing machines, hot and cold mounting), hardness testers and microscopes
Fluent in verbal and written English
Good at communication, good teamwork, quality and innovation spirit
SAP
Control DAS
E-Prod
