Job Details

• Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + Performance Bonus
• Qualification: Diploma / Certificate in Phlebotomy / MLT (preferred)
• Experience: 1 – 5 years (Freshers with good skills may also apply)
• Gender: Male / Female
• Age Limit: 21 – 35 years
• Job Timings: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: [Specify – e.g., Sunday Half Day Fixed Off]
• Interview Timings: Monday – Saturday, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Skills Required

• Expertise in blood & sample collection
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Knowledge of medical safety & hygiene
• Ability to visit doctors/clinics for lab collaboration

Job Responsibilities

• Collect blood and other samples from patients with proper care.
• Ensure accurate labeling, storage, and transport of samples to the lab.
• Visit doctors/clinics to promote lab services and build tie-ups.
• Maintain patient records and follow standard safety protocols.
• Achieve performance targets for sample collection & collaborations.

Languages Required

• Hindi (mandatory)
• Basic English (preferred)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
