Lab Technician

Role & responsibilities

• Sample Collection & Lab testing.
• Collect, prepare, and analyze samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) according to standard protocols
• Work independently as a full-time pathology technician at a Mid Size lab for - Biochemistry, Hematology, Clinical Pathology
• To perform assigned analytical testing procedures in an accurate, precise, and timely manner in the assigned lab.
• To perform routine and non-routine activities pertaining to laboratory testing and reporting and maintaining external and Internal Quality control
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Follow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting and maintaining records of patient test result.
• Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures as per SOP's, review and release test results.
• Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies, instrument and procedural calibrations and follow safety guidelines as per established organization protocols.
• Proven experience as Lab Technician or relevant position is Must.
• Proven experience in performing medical procedures such as Blood collection (Vacutainer, Butterfly Needle) Skill, ECG Lead Placement, and related tasks.
• Good communication skills in the local language to interact with clients.
• Ability to maintain hygiene standards and follow safety protocols during medical procedures.
• Knowledge of handling medical equipment, including ECG devices and blood collection kits.
• Ability to coordinate appointments, confirm details, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp and other Application platforms for medical procedure and coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
