Role & responsibilities Sample Collection & Lab testing. Collect, prepare, and analyze samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) according to standard protocols Work independently as a full-time pathology technician at a Mid Size lab for - Biochemistry, Hematology, Clinical Pathology To perform assigned analytical testing procedures in an accurate, precise, and timely manner in the assigned lab. To perform routine and non-routine activities pertaining to laboratory testing and reporting and maintaining external and Internal Quality control Maintain required records and documentation. Follow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting and maintaining records of patient test result. Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures as per SOP's, review and release test results. Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies, instrument and procedural calibrations and follow safety guidelines as per established organization protocols. Proven experience as Lab Technician or relevant position is Must. Proven experience in performing medical procedures such as Blood collection (Vacutainer, Butterfly Needle) Skill, ECG Lead Placement, and related tasks. Good communication skills in the local language to interact with clients. Ability to maintain hygiene standards and follow safety protocols during medical procedures. Knowledge of handling medical equipment, including ECG devices and blood collection kits. Ability to coordinate appointments, confirm details, and communicate effectively with clients. Proficiency in using WhatsApp and other Application platforms for medical procedure and coordination. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
