Lab Technician / Laser Machine Operator

You will be a vital part of our team as a Lab Technician / Laser Machine Operator, bringing your high motivation and acute attention to detail to the table. Your primary responsibility will be prototyping, working closely with the design and engineering team to make necessary modifications and updates to manufacturing files. A key aspect of your role will involve operating and maintaining laser cutting machines for prototyping and small-scale production, ensuring precision and adherence to manufacturing standards. Quality checks on fabricated components will also fall under your purview to guarantee they align with design specifications. It will be essential for you to diligently document and report any design adjustments, enhancements, or troubleshooting measures undertaken during the prototyping process. To excel in this role, you should possess an ITI / NSDC / Diploma qualification and ideally have 0-2 years of experience in operating laser cutting machines. Hands-on experience with laser cutting machines, encompassing setup, operation, and maintenance, is imperative. Proficiency in basic fabrication and prototyping techniques is expected, along with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
