About the Role
We are looking for a Lab Technician to join our paint manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for conducting quality tests on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished paints to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality control tests (viscosity, gloss, adhesion, drying time, color matching, etc.).
Maintain lab records and documentation as per ISO/BIS standards.
Assist production with in-process quality adjustments.
Support R&D in new product trials and testing.
Ensure safe handling of chemicals and lab equipment.
Requirements
Diploma / B.Sc. in Chemistry, Paint Technology, or related field.
0–3 years’ experience in paint or chemical testing laboratory.
Knowledge of lab instruments (viscometer, spectrophotometer, gloss meter, etc.).
Good record-keeping, observation, and teamwork skills.
