Job Description

As a Technician in our organization, you will be responsible for various crucial tasks related to sample processing, assay validation, report generation, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and customer query handling. Your role will involve processing samples from acceptance to result transfer, validating assays with senior guidance, preparing in-house reagents, maintaining and calibrating equipment, and assisting in new assay development. You will also be required to generate and check reports, dispatch them after approval, manage inventory by raising indents, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, handle and escalate customer queries, and raise/close non-conformances in a timely manner. Additionally, part of your responsibilities will include training and supporting new joiners/colleagues, promoting teamwork, maintaining a positive work environment, and performing any additional lab-related tasks as assigned. This is a full-time position that requires your presence in person at the work location.
