Collect, label, and process biological samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) accurately.
Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Prepare and maintain laboratory reagents, instruments, and equipment.
Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and cleanliness of lab instruments.
Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and promptly.
Assist in quality control and quality assurance procedures.
Follow infection control, biosafety, and ethical standards in the laboratory.
Support the pathologist or medical technologist in preparing diagnostic reports.
Maintain proper documentation and inventory of lab supplies.
Cooperate with clinical and administrative teams for smooth workflow.
