You are a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Development Merchandiser with 3-6 years of experience in the home textiles industry. You possess a good understanding of fabrics, costing, and sample development processes. Your role involves supporting the end-to-end product development cycle from concept to final approval. Your responsibilities include assisting in the development of various home textile products based on market trends and customer briefs. You will coordinate with mills/suppliers for sourcing fabrics, trims, and accessories, managing sample requests, preparing cost sheets, creating tech packs, and maintaining product specs. Additionally, you will communicate with vendors for sample timelines, order updates, and quality feedback. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Merchandising, Home Furnishings, or a related field. You must have basic knowledge of fabric types, textile processing, and the ability to interpret tech packs. Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential for success in this position.,

Role & responsibilities Strong knowledge of blood banking procedures, including blood collection, processing, testing, and storage. Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, such as centrifuges, refrigerators, and blood typing devices. 3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret laboratory test results. Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and ability to adhere to strict guidelines to prevent accidents or contamination. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping. Willingness to stay updated with advancements in blood banking technology, procedures, and regulations. Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, donors, and healthcare professionals. Ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Preferred candidate profile Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in blood banking or related laboratory work is highly desired. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to blood banking, such as FDA, AABB, and CLIA, is advantageous. Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must possess a valid driver's license for transportation of blood supplies to and from other facilities.
