Lab Incharge

As a Lab Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the chemistry laboratory. Your role will involve managing laboratory equipment, ensuring safety compliance, supervising staff, conducting experiments, maintaining records, coordinating with other departments, and implementing quality control measures. Your strong background in chemistry, organizational skills, and commitment to a safe working environment will be essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and facilities. - Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and standard operating procedures. - Supervise and train laboratory staff, students, or interns. - Conduct experiments, tests, and analysis as required. - Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. - Coordinate with other departments, researchers, or clients. - Develop and implement laboratory procedures, protocols, and quality control measures. - Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials. Qualifications Required: - BSc in Chemistry or related field. - Relevant laboratory experience. - Strong knowledge of chemistry, laboratory procedures, and safety protocols. - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with laboratory management software. - Familiarity with quality control and assurance procedures. - Certification in laboratory safety or a related field.
