Key Responsibilities: 1. Laboratory Management Plan, organize, and supervise all laboratory activities related to sampling and testing. Conduct microbiological and chemical testing of raw water, treated water, and packaged drinking water as per BIS and FSSAI standards. Maintain calibration schedules and ensure all lab instruments (pH meter, TDS meter, incubator, spectrophotometer, autoclave, ozone analyzers) are functional and calibrated. 2. Quality Control Operations Implement and monitor in-process quality control during production, bottling, labeling, and packaging. Ensure finished products meet all internal quality standards and BIS norms before batch release. Supervise and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety protocols.
