Lab In-Charge / Laboratory Supervisor

As a Lab In-Charge / Laboratory Supervisor at our facility located in Pala- Erattupetta Road, Kaduvamuzhi, Erattupetta, Kerala 686121, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinical laboratory. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical laboratory operations and a strong technical and leadership background, you will lead a team of laboratory technologists, technicians, and phlebotomists. Your qualifications must include a B.Sc. in MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology) along with in-depth knowledge of Biochemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Immunology, and Clinical Pathology. Additionally, you should have proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role and be familiar with NABL documentation, audits, and laboratory accreditation processes. In this role, your key responsibilities will involve supervising daily laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to NABL/NABH standards, and managing the team to deliver accurate and timely test results. You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, managing inventory levels, and implementing quality control programs. Moreover, you will train new and existing staff, coordinate with clinical personnel, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and waste disposal regulations.
