Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products as per standard test methods.
Monitor product quality parameters and report any deviations to the supervisor.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as pH meter, viscometer, spectrophotometer, balance, etc.
Maintain daily test records, log books, and documentation accurately.
Support R&D / QC teams in analysis and result interpretation.
Ensure compliance with lab safety standards, SOPs, and housekeeping practices.
Assist in sample preparation, reagent standardization, and calibration of instruments.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry (Analytical / Industrial / Inorganic / Applied Chemistry preferred)
Experience:
0 to 2 years (Freshers are welcome)
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of lab instrument operation.
Computer Skills:
Basic MS Excel / Word for data entry and report preparation.
Soft Skills:
Good observation skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
