(L3) • Virtual servers, pools, nodes, and monitors. (L2) 2. Configuration and Management • Setting up and managing traffic policies. (L2) • Configuring health monitors to check the status of backend servers. (L2) • Implementing SSL offloading and re-encryption. (L3) • Troubleshooting and debugging traffic issues using tools like tcpdump. (L3) 3. Advanced Features • Mastery of iRules and iRule LX for traffic manipulation. (L3) • Understanding SNAT, NAT, and VLAN configurations. (L2) • High Availability (HA) setup and failover management. (L2) • Caching, compression, and connection pooling. (L3) F5 ASM/WAF Skills it is must for L3 role. 1. Core Concepts • Web application firewall principles and functioning. (L3) • OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies. (L3) 2.
