Job Description

As a Level 2 (L2) Technical Support Specialist for Mobile Banking production systems, your role will involve proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, patch management, and vendor coordination to ensure the high availability of applications. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve production issues raised by customers and bank branches. - Maintain production Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Web and Application Servers. - Proactively monitor application issues reported by Quality Kiosk and APM teams. - Support integration of new product features with vendor Snapwork for ESB/API. - Manage patch deployment and validation activities in UAT. - Ensure 24/7 application support for Tier-1 Mobile Banking used by over 25 lakh users. Qualifications Required: - MCA (Master of Computer Applications) or equivalent Skills Required: - Core Java - PL/SQL - Servlets - Web Services Certifications: - Core Java Certification (preferred) - Optional: Basic knowledge/certification in Android/iOS development, Oracle PL/SQL, Web Services, and APIs (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
