We are looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer with strong technical expertise in Spring
Boot, and MySQL. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving complex issues escalated
from L1 support, and collaborating closely with the development team to ensure seamless
application performance.
Handle L2 escalations by diagnosing and resolving technical issues in web and
mobile applications.
Analyze logs, APIs, and database queries to identify root causes and provide
solutions.
Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes and feature improvements.
Write clear technical documentation for fixes, known issues, and support
processes.
Proactively monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
Experience with Spring Boot and RESTful services.
Proficiency in MySQL including query optimization and troubleshooting.
Experience with tools like Postman, Git, JIRA, or any ticketing system
Ability to debug frontend and backend issues effectively.
Familiarity with React.js and React Native is a plus.
Availability during US business hours
