L2 Senior Engineer Technical Support

Job Description As a candidate for this role, your responsibilities will include: - Expertise in core VisionPlus modules like CMS, FAS, TRAMS, VMx etc. - Experience with API, simulator testing and support on production/ UAT issues. - Expertise in FALCON Rule writing and Testing. - Providing production functional and technical guidance as a BA for FALCON. - Expertise in FICO application of FALCON Cases Manager and Expert. In terms of technical experience, you should have hands-on experience in: - Handling Fiserv Release regression. - Managing Mastercard Release. - Overseeing New Logo Launch. - Providing Production support.
