Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled L2 SAP BASIS Consultant with around 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting SAP environments, ensuring system performance, and managing routine BASIS administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine SAP BASIS administration tasks (system monitoring, performance tuning, transports, etc.)
Support SAP systems including ECC, S/4HANA, and other components as applicable
Handle user and role administration
Monitor and maintain system health and performance
Apply patches, upgrades, and OSS notes as required
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in coordination with the functional and development teams
Work closely with infrastructure and security teams to ensure smooth system operations
Participate in system refreshes, backups/restores, and DR drills

Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration
Hands-on experience in managing SAP systems in a multi-system landscape (including production, development, and QA)
Exposure to SAP HANA database and S/4HANA is preferred
Experience with transport management and SAP Solution Manager
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good understanding of system architecture and integrations
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Available to work in a support capacity including off-hours as needed

Preferred Skills:

SAP Certification in BASIS or HANA
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Familiarity with ITIL processes
