L2-Escalation Desk

As an Escalation Desk Support (Level 2) at our company based in Indore, you will be responsible for providing support and resolving issues for our customers in a timely and efficient manner. Your role will involve handling escalated customer queries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Voice Process or Customer Handling role. Additionally, you should be a 12th pass or above and possess excellent communication skills. You will be required to work 5 days a week on rotational shifts, with mostly day shifts.
