L2 Discussion Java Angular

The purpose of your role as a Java FRONTEND LEAD at Wipro Limited is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at a client end, ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. You will be responsible for performing coding and ensuring optimal software/module development. This includes determining operational feasibility, developing and automating processes for software validation, modifying software to fix errors or upgrade interfaces, analyzing information for system modifications, and preparing reports on programming project specifications. Your role also involves status reporting and maintaining a customer-focused approach throughout the project execution. This includes capturing client requirements, gathering feedback regularly for on-time delivery, participating in continuing education and training, consulting with engineering staff, and documenting solutions and reports in a formal manner. As a Java FRONTEND LEAD, you are expected to have mandatory skills in Java, Angular 8+, Core Java/J2EE (Spring, Hibernate, MVC), Spring Boot, RabbitMQ, JBoss, microservices, CI/CD, DevOps, SPRING Framework, Spring MVC, a JS framework (Angular, React), IDE (IntelliJ/Eclipse/RAD), Rest web services, SQL queries, MySQL, testing (JUnit/Spock/Groovy), Agile methodology, and Design Patterns (IOC, MVC, Singleton, Factory). Good to have skills include experience with Subversion, GIT, Maven, Agile environments, code quality tools like Sonar, Checkstyle, Findbug, DevOps toolset, and healthcare domain experience in Provider/Claim/Member. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. In order to meet the performance parameters, you will be responsible for Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software, ensuring 100% error-free onboarding & implementation, Quality & CSAT metrics including on-time delivery and customer experience, and MIS & Reporting with 100% on-time report generation.
