As an L2/L3 Support (OpenShift Admin) at a company in Noida, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and advance your career. Your responsibilities will include: - Installing, configuring, and maintaining OpenShift environments - Ensuring high availability and reliability of the OpenShift platform - Monitoring and optimizing cluster and pod performance - Implementing security best practices within the cluster - Troubleshooting and resolving platform issues end-to-end - Collaborating with development teams for seamless deployments - Conducting backups, DR operations, and maintaining documentation - Mentoring team members and sharing technical knowledge Key Qualifications: - 3-9 years of experience in Kubernetes/OpenShift administration - Strong hands-on experience with ODF (Ceph storage) - Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker/Podman) - Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD, etc.) - Solid understanding of networking & security in containerized environments - Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving skills As an L1 Support (OCP Monitoring & Support Operations) at a company in Noida, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and support of enterprise OpenShift environments. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing daily operations, monitoring, and first-level support for OpenShift environments - Monitoring clusters, nodes, pods, and services using oc CLI / OpenShift Console - Executing SOPs and routine health checks for platform components - Handling incident alerts, triaging issues, and escalating to L2 when needed - Supporting basic administration tasks (RBAC, Projects, ConfigMaps) - Assisting with maintenance checks, backups, and reporting Key Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in IT Support / Platform Operations - Hands-on experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting - Familiarity with OpenShift basics - Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP) - Strong problem-solving & communication skills - Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts If you have the relevant experience and skills for either of these roles, you can share your CV at varshika@searchjob.ai or hr@searchjob.ai.
