L05 - Automation QA

Strong understanding of AI and GenAI concepts,algorithms, and frameworks.

Ensures comprehensive test coverage of AIalgorithms, models, and systems to identify defects, ensuring accuracy andreliability

Writes detailed test cases to thoroughlyevaluate software functionality.

Documents defects meticulously and track themthrough to resolution.

Perform regression testing, performance testing,and stress testing to validate the robustness of AI solutions. Monitor andanalyze test results, providing detailed reports and recommendations forimprovements.

Design and implement automated testingframeworks and tools to streamline the testing process.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python,Java.

Experience with automated testing tools andframeworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, PyTest)

Familiarity with machine learning libraries andframeworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Knowledge of data science and statisticalanalysis

Actively participate in grooming, planningsessions and provides estimate for test activities.

Take responsibility for releases, ensuring allfunctional testing requirements are met.

Should understand JIRA and XRAY or similar testmanagement tools.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS,Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker,Kubernetes).

Experience working within Agile softwaredevelopment methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.

Must meet the required quality deliverables,adhere to deadlines.

Previous work experience in the finance domainis a plus.

Maintain clear and effective communication withstakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues

Must have strong testingmindset with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thorough validation ofsoftware functionality and identifying potential issues early in thedevelopment process.

Stayupdated with the latest advancements in AI and GenAI technologies,incorporating best practices into the testing process.

Must have agood understanding of object-oriented design principles and best practices ofautomation scripting.

Ability to proactivelyprovide input during the grooming sessions based on the design/implementationoptions
