Your role will involve developing and executing test scenarios, overseeing quality management processes, collaborating with project stakeholders, providing operational oversight, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases for eLearning applications. - Oversee the quality management and assurance processes for digital learning materials, ensuring on-time delivery of defect-free products. - Collaborate with project managers, developers, and instructional designers to meet quality standards. - Provide operational oversight, including reporting and strategic insights for the management team. - Maintain project schedules and deliver high-quality work within agreed-upon timeframes. - Recommend and implement processes for continuous improvement. **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Proficiency in various testing methodologies such as Functional, Accessibility, Regression, Integration, System, Cross-Browser, Exploratory, and Usability Testing. - Strong knowledge of Manual Testing, testing tools, and best practices. - Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and bug tracking systems. - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools like Articulate and Captivate. **Qualifications Required:** - Any Graduate degree. - Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, focusing on eLearning or educational technology. **Additional Details:** Ideally, you should also possess skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
