KYC Documentation Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized KYC (Know Your Customer) Documentation Executive to ensure all customer onboarding and ongoing documentation processes comply with regulatory standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will manage the collection, verification, and maintenance of client KYC records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, review, and verify KYC documents from new and existing clients.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, CFT, FATCA).
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to obtain missing or additional documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in internal systems.
• Escalate any discrepancies or red flags to the compliance team.
• Conduct periodic KYC reviews and customer due diligence (CDD/EDD).
• Track document expiration and follow up with clients for renewals.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in KYC/AML regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a KYC or compliance-related role.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM/compliance tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in banking, NBFCs, fintech, or financial services.
• Knowledge of international KYC standards (e.g., FATF guidelines).
