SALES EXECUTIVE Job Title : Sales Executive Department : Sales & Marketing Department Gender Preference : Male Age Preference : 23 – 35 Years Pay Structure : ₹20 - 25,000/- per month + Incentive (₹10 – ₹15,000 expected) + Benefits Reporting to : Sales Manager / Director Website: https://www.kyenterprise.co.in/ JOB BRIEF To generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets by building strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and promoting the company’s products (https://www.kyenterprise.co.in/). The role demands a result-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY Closed deals by generated inquiries through calling, networking. Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate generator solutions. Prepare and share quotations, follow up with clients, and close deals. Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with operations & accounts for smooth delivery and payment collection. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Provide timely sales reports and market feedback to management. EDUCATION a. Minimum Education : Graduate in any discipline EXPERIENCE a. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in Industrial Products). BEHAVIORAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS a. Fluent in English, Hindi, and local language. b. Excellent communication & negotiation skills. c. Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined. d. Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & Email Communication. e.
