According to approved prices, make P.O for different Indian and local materials. Follow up on all the above materials, until it reach the proper destination. Work for Licenses and approvals from government agencies like fire, pollution, and municipalities. Creation of P.O. and follow-up with servicing items like machine parts, consumable items, job work, etc. If there is any quality issue in materials reported by Q.A department, follow up with the vendor and take CAPA from the vendor, and also take the decision of rejected materials for replacement, after discussion with the concerned person. Prepare and maintain daily material transfer from the Head Office to Factory and vice versa. Coordinate with the Store Officer and inform Store Officer tentative material and receiving date. The Executive will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing all necessary goods and services required for the efficient operation of the office.
