We are now seeking a high-calibre Executive Assistant — someone exceptionally organised, resourceful, and discreet — to work directly with the CEO and leadership team. This isn’t a clerical role; it’s a command-centre position for coordination, execution, and intelligent follow-through. Role Overview This is a senior, full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur . The EA will manage daily operations, communications, travel, scheduling, and high-priority initiatives across multiple companies and stakeholders as well as travel with the CEO if required. You’ll be the bridge between leadership intent and flawless execution. Key Responsibilities Calendar & Communication Management Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and travel schedules with precision. Draft and review communications, notes, and briefs for meetings and calls. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle all correspondence with discretion. Operational Coordination Track projects, timelines, and deliverables across ventures (sports, infra, CSR). Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare minutes of meetings, action trackers, and follow-up updates. Travel, Hospitality & Vendor Liaison Independently manage travel and logistics for the CEO and guests (domestic & international). Coordinate with hotels, airlines, event venues, and concierge services. Leverage and expand your network of car rental agencies, travel operators, and hospitality partners to ensure premium-grade service and priority arrangements. Documentation & Research Assist in preparing briefs, presentations, and reports. Conduct background research on companies, events, or individuals before meetings. Executive Support & Confidential Projects Handle personal and professional coordination tasks for the CEO. Maintain confidentiality on sensitive assignments and communications. What We're Looking For? 4–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff / Operations Coordinator to CXOs, entrepreneurs, or senior leadership. Exceptional command of English (spoken & written) and strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools . A polished, proactive personality capable of managing high-pressure environments. Well-networked with established relationships in travel, logistics, and hospitality sectors. We’re now looking for an experienced HR Manager to design and drive a unified HR framework across all group entities — someone who can blend process discipline with entrepreneurial agility. Role Overview This is a senior, full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur . You will be responsible for end-to-end people operations — from hiring and onboarding to compliance, culture, and performance management — ensuring consistent HR standards across all ventures under the Kwick India umbrella. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead hiring across multiple entities (sports, infra, consulting); develop strong candidate pipelines and structured onboarding systems. HR Policy & Governance: Create and implement unified HR policies, codes of conduct, and standard operating procedures. Payroll, Compliance & Coordination: Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave tracking. Liaise with our Chartered Accountant for all statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, GST, etc.). Contracts & Documentation: Draft and maintain employment contracts, NDAs, consultant agreements, and role charters in coordination with legal. Culture & Communication: Build transparent communication channels, performance feedback loops, and engagement initiatives across offices and project sites. Reporting & HR Analytics: Maintain HR dashboards and monthly people reports for leadership. Cross-Entity Alignment: Ensure consistent HR practices across Kwick India Ventures, IronFrame Labs, and Jaipur Sports Club. What We're Looking For? 5–8 years of HR experience (preferably with exposure to startups, Govt / sports / consulting sectors). Strong understanding of Indian employment law, payroll, and compliance frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English & Hindi. Hands-on experience in HRIS, leave management, and recruitment tools. A balanced mindset — process-driven yet adaptive to fast-changing project environments.
