The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, source, and hire qualified candidates for various roles across the organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, managing job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in executing the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions from job posting to onboarding. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and hiring status. Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or campus recruitment drives. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Prepare and share weekly/monthly recruitment status reports with the HR team and management. Ensure compliance with hiring policies and promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities. Assist in offer rollouts, background verification, and onboarding formalities. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (corporate or agency). Strong understanding of recruitment channels, tools, and sourcing strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using an ATS. Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
