As a dynamic OpenShift Platform Sales Specialist at Red Hat India, your main responsibility will be to collaborate with the segment Sales team to assist customers in defining and executing their digital transformation strategies. You will focus on driving Go-To-Market initiatives, engaging with key decision-makers, and positioning OpenShift as the preferred hybrid cloud and application modernization platform for enterprises. Building strategic relationships with C-level executives, you will showcase Red Hat's innovative solutions, including OpenShift, Virtualization, AI, and modern application services as key drivers of business innovation and technological evolution. Your role extends beyond sales to advocating for cultural and technological change, aiding enterprises in transitioning to agile, cloud-native, and scalable IT infrastructures. Key Responsibilities: - Define and promote the adoption of emerging technologies across key accounts in collaboration with the Sales team. - Assess customer business objectives and technical requirements, aligning them with Red Hat's solutions. - Orchestrate the sales cycle for cloud and emerging technology offerings, guiding enterprises through their agile and cloud transformation initiatives. - Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with senior IT and business leaders, positioning Red Hat OpenShift as the platform of choice. - Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets, developing GTM strategies, and advocating for OpenShift solutions to technical and C-level executives. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized customer proposals, enhance demand generation, and provide market insights for product strategy. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in the Kubernetes ecosystem with established relationships with Cloud Service Providers. - Background in consultative customer engagement within a consulting or technology organization. - Profound technical knowledge of enterprise middleware, virtualization, AI/Data Science, and container technologies. - Understanding of DevOps, agile methodologies, organizational and IT transformation. - Strong communication skills, ability to present to executives, and sell solutions within a multi-product environment. - Effective collaboration with global cross-functional teams, achievement of customer success, and maintenance of a strategic and tactical balance. - Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to excel in a customer-centric, technology-driven environment.
