Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Containerize application components to enable modular, efficient, and reproducible deployment workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure to support automated scaling and high availability.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and consistent deployment of containerized services.
• Implement best practices for container orchestration, image management, resource allocation, and cluster operations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize containerized workloads in production environments.
• Collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of containers within the broader architecture.
• Establish security best practices for container images, cluster configurations, and runtime environments.
• Document infrastructure configurations, deployment processes, and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Docker

  ,

  Kubernetes

  , and container orchestration tools.
• Experience building, deploying, and managing containerized applications in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Solid understanding of

  CI/CD pipelines

  , infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Helm, Terraform, Ansible), and version control systems.
• Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (managed Kubernetes services is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing autoscaling strategies (HPA, VPA, cluster autoscaler).
• Knowledge of service meshes (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).
• Familiarity with container security tools and policies (e.g., Trivy, Anchore, Falco).
