Kronos Functional Consultant UKG PRO WFM Specialist

You are a highly skilled Kronos Functional Consultant specializing in Workforce Management (WFM) who will be joining the HR Technology team. Your main responsibility will be to optimize, configure, and integrate UKG/Kronos WFM solutions to ensure alignment with operational and compliance requirements. Your experience with the Kronos Activity Module will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with vendors when necessary. - Conduct system testing and UAT coordination to minimize disruption to business operations. - Document functional requirements, test cases, and configuration change logs following governance protocols. - Monitor Kronos system performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience and process efficiency.
