Very nice, smiling and helpful staff. Vineel was really helpful and took great care of us. The ambience is very pleasant. I really loved the buffet specially the desserts. So many options were there. Presentation of food and dessert was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel is very beautiful and calm. One of most convenient from the airport. They also provide shuttle to the airport. Booking process was so smooth. Front desk team are expert in there job. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for my work at airport. I asked for a laundry service and they gave me within an hour. Mr. Cebu from the laundry staff is a real asset for Novotel, I must say. I would definitely stay here again!"

We had a walkin lunch buffet. It was our first visit. We enjoyed our lunch and had a good time. Food was less spicy, but tasty. Liked the salads and desserts as well.
