Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Korean Translator with a strong background and passion for K-Dramas and Webcomics to join our content localization team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Korean and English and possess a deep cultural understanding of South Korean entertainment, slang, humor, and emotional nuance to ensure high-quality, culturally accurate translations.

Responsibilities:

• Translate Korean content (scripts, dialogues, webcomics) into fluent, engaging English (or vice versa, depending on project).
• Maintain the tone, style, and emotional intent of the original text.
• Adapt culturally specific references for global audiences without losing context.
• Work closely with editors, proofreaders, and creative teams to ensure consistency.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in linguistics, literature, media studies, or related field.
• Experience working with streaming platforms, publishing companies, or webcomic apps.
• Passionate about K-Dramas, manhwa/webtoons, and Korean entertainment culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
