Your responsibilities will include customizing, configuring, and optimizing the platform to address specific business needs, focusing on UI design, dialogue flows, and task automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable AI solutions. Additionally, you will continuously monitor and enhance bot performance by staying updated on the latest Kore.ai features, AI advancements, and machine learning trends. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and implement conversational AI solutions using the Kore.ai platform, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated workflows. - Customize, configure, and optimize the Kore.ai platform to address specific business needs, with a focus on UI design, dialogue flows, and task automation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable AI solutions. - Continuously monitor and enhance bot performance by staying updated on the latest Kore.ai features, AI advancements, and machine learning trends. **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience working with the Kore.ai platform. - Proven expertise in developing chatbots and virtual assistants using Kore.ai tools. - Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript or other scripting languages. - Experience with API integrations, including RESTful APIs and third-party services. - Strong understanding of dialogue flow design, intent recognition, and context management.
