We’re looking for a passionate, people-friendly individual to be the face of our space and ensure a seamless experience for our members and visitors. Role Overview As a Community Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the space, handling inbound sales inquiries, and building a strong community by delivering exceptional service. You’ll be the go-to person for all member needs and ensure our space is vibrant, professional, and efficiently managed. Key Responsibilities Member Experience & Community Building Welcome and onboard new members, giving them tours and assistance Build strong relationships with members to encourage retention and referrals Organize and support community events, workshops, and networking meetups Act as the first point of contact for all member queries and feedback Inbound Sales & Lead Management Handle walk-in and phone inquiries, and convert leads into memberships Follow up with leads from website forms, calls, and referrals Maintain CRM or lead tracking systems and generate basic reports Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns if needed Operations & Facility Management Ensure daily operations run smoothly (cleanliness, utilities, security, amenities) Manage vendors (cleaning, security, internet, pantry, etc.) Monitor stock levels and manage small purchases (stationery, snacks, etc.) Report and escalate any maintenance issues proactively Administration Maintain member records, access cards, invoices, and agreements Assist in monthly billing, collections, and renewals Maintain reports on occupancy, leads, expenses, and feedback Requirements 1–3 years experience in operations, hospitality, real estate, or coworking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and basic Excel Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership Friendly, approachable, and organized personality Nice to Have Prior experience in a coworking space or service-based business Event planning or community engagement experience Basic social media or Canva skills for local content What You Get Opportunity to grow within a fast-evolving coworking brand Friendly, collaborative work environment Salary + incentives based on performance Networking with professionals, startups, and creatives every day
