Job Description

Design, Develop, Test and maintain Kofax RPA solutions to automate business processes. Create PDD and SDD as per need for the processes and design solution and architecture. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements. Design, configure, and optimize automation workflows using Kofax Kapow. Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to interact with databases as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to automation processes. Monitor and analyse the performance of RPA bots and identify, implement improvements. Integrate RPA solutions with other applications and systems. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards. Provide technical support and training to end-users as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance RPA capabilities. Familiarity with integrating KTA with other systems using APIs and web services. •
