Technical leadership and troubleshooting: Lead the resolution of complex technical incidents, mentor junior engineers, and act as an escalation point.
User support and service improvement: Champion a user-first approach, improve the efficiency of support operations, and ensure a high-quality user experience. System and device management: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of end-user hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) and software. Security implementation: Implement and maintain security measures and policies on end-user devices to protect data. Process and documentation: Drive process improvements, create and update documentation, and ensure best practices are followed. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, such as infrastructure and application development, to resolve issues and manage projects.
