Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract 6 Months) Experience: 4 to 6 Years Location: Chennai (Taramani) Duration: 6 Months (Contract) Mode - 5 Days (WFO) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with 46 years of proven success in stakeholder management and full-cycle recruitment across SAP, Digital, Infrastructure/Cloud, and Cybersecurity domains. The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently, have excellent communication skills, and be highly numbers-driven. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of technical roles. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders independently, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and expectations. Domain Expertise: Strong understanding and experience hiring in domains such as SAP, Digital Transformation, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity. Data-Driven Recruitment: Maintain and present strong recruitment metrics including: Resume to Interview Conversion Interview to Offer Conversion Offer to Joining Conversion Sourcing Excellence: Use a mix of sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent, including job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms, and employee referrals. Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
