Knowledge Engineer - Content Experience Platform

As a Knowledge Engineer at Autodesk, you will play a vital role in building, maintaining, and evolving the core infrastructure and systems that support Autodesk's vast content ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Maintaining the knowledge platform architecture and infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. - Managing knowledge graph technologies, semantic models, and ontologies to effectively structure and connect content. - Collaborating with content strategists and information architects to translate content models into technical solutions. - Ensuring the platform enables advanced content discovery, search, and recommendation capabilities. - Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimizations. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the knowledge platform and content delivery systems. - Contributing to the development of technical documentation and best practices for content management and delivery. - Staying updated with emerging technologies and trends in knowledge engineering, semantic web, and content management systems. - Participating in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Collaborating with security teams to ensure adherence to security standards and best practices. Qualifications for this role include: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or a related role focusing on knowledge management or content platforms. - Strong understanding of knowledge graph concepts and semantic web technologies. - Familiarity with data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with content management systems (CMS) and content delivery networks (CDNs). - Familiarity with search technologies such as Elasticsearch and Solr. - Experience with machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) techniques relevant to knowledge management. - Experience working in an Agile development environment. - Understanding of information architecture principles and content strategy.
