The Content Experience Platform team plays a crucial role in delivering seamless and insightful content experiences to our diverse user base. As a Knowledge Engineer at Autodesk, you will be an integral part of our Content Experience Platform team, responsible for building and maintaining the foundational knowledge platform that drives help documentation, learning resources, and community forums. You will collaborate with a team of passionate individuals who are dedicated to leveraging technology to ensure users have access to the information they need precisely when they need it. Located in Bengaluru, IN (Hybrid), you will contribute to enhancing the core infrastructure and systems that support Autodesk's extensive content ecosystem. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining the knowledge platform architecture and infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. You will manage knowledge graph technologies, semantic models, and ontologies to effectively structure and connect our content. Additionally, you will work closely with content strategists, information architects, and other teams to translate content models into robust technical solutions. Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices for content management are also vital aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or a similar role focusing on knowledge management or content platforms. Strong knowledge of knowledge graph concepts, semantic web technologies, data modeling, and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent communication, collaboration, and familiarity with emerging technologies in knowledge engineering and content management systems are highly valued. Preferred qualifications include experience with content management systems (CMS), content delivery networks (CDNs), search technologies like Elasticsearch and Solr, as well as machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) techniques related to knowledge management. An understanding of Agile development practices, information architecture principles, and content strategy would be advantageous.
