Roles & responsibilities Conduct thorough market analysis. Analyze customer feedback and competitor products to understand existing designs and come out with new ideas. Understand, Design, and Develop Assembly of furniture products from initial idea to final production. Coordinate product sampling for functionality, packaging and compliance with UK market standards. Work on knockdown furniture process. Required skills and qualifications Knowledge of engineered wood materials, i.e. MDF board, particle board. Experience on knockdown furniture and knowledge about Minifix, Allen Bolt and Dowel. Familiarity with UK market trends and compliance standards is a plus. Able to create the assembly instruction for customer reference. Strong IQ and Observation skills. Sample pass on the factory floor Preferred candidate profile
