Job Title : (Senior) IFRS Group Accountant (m/w/d) Job Location : Gurgaon We are currently hiring for one of our global clients for IFRS implementation and consolidation. Responsibilities: Implement IFRS consolidated financial statements for our medium sized group of companies Implement a reporting tool for group consolidation processes Prepare IFRS consolidated financial statements for our group of companies Lead with group reporting processes including consolidation entries, intercompany eliminations, and financial disclosures Lead subsidiaries transition of local GAAP to IFRS Prepare technical accounting memos, documentation and accounting guidelines Advise subsidiaries on technical IFRS issues, including new standard implementation and ac- counting policy alignment Point of contact for external group auditors Profile: Professional qualification in accounting (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent) and degree in ac- counting. Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in accounting At least 3 years’ experience in IFRS group accounting, in a consolidation or accounting advisory role and proven experience in preparing consolidated financial statements under IFRS Solid understanding of IFRS, including recent developments and their practical application Proficient in Excel and familiar with consolidation/reporting tools (e.g. LucaNet, Tagetik, or simi- lar) Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
