Key Responsibilities: • Manage all merchandising activities related to knitwear, from product development to shipment. • Coordinate with buyers for product requirements, approvals, and order updates. • Work closely with the production, sampling, and quality teams to ensure timely execution of orders. • Source and follow up on fabrics, trims, and accessories required for sampling and production. • Monitor order status, TNA (Time and Action Calendar), and ensure on-time delivery. • Handle costing, price negotiations, and ensure profitability of each order. • Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors and internal teams to avoid delays or quality issues. • Maintain accurate documentation and reports for each order and client. • Assist in new product development based on buyer inputs and seasonal trends.
