Role overview KMSN Enterprise is a chemical distribution company partnered with BASF, Givaudan, and Archroma, serving leading B2B brands across North India. We are hiring a Technical Sales Executive – Fragrance to drive sales growth and key account management across Home Care, Air Care/Air Fresheners, Fine Fragrance, and Personal Care segments. Position details Title: Technical Sales Executive – Fragrance Department: Sales (Fragrances) Employment: Full-time, on-site with regular travel Reports to: Sales Manager/Business Head – Fragrances Key responsibilities Own revenue, margin, and pipeline for fragrance sales across Home Care, Air Care, Fine Fragrance, and Personal Care customers. Identify and develop new B2B accounts: brand owners, contract manufacturers, private labels, aerosol and gel makers, D2C brands. Manage end-to-end brief-to-win cycle: take fragrance briefs, define olfactive direction and target cost, coordinate sampling with principals, and track evaluation to closure. Conduct base compatibility and stability screening (pH, surfactant systems, solvents, encapsulates), support application trials, and document results. Present fragrance ranges, concepts, and trend decks; organize customer evaluations and sensorial panels. Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial terms; negotiate and close within approved thresholds. Forecast demand, plan call-offs, and coordinate with supply chain for inventory, imports, and deliveries. Ensure compliance with IFRA amendments, allergen disclosures, SDS/CoA, QRA dermal limits where applicable, VOC norms (especially for aerosols), and BIS requirements. Maintain CRM hygiene: opportunity stages, sample tracking, win/loss reasons, and revenue forecast accuracy. Drive collections and credit control to meet DSO targets; resolve quality, service, and documentation issues promptly. Build relationships with customer R&D, procurement, QA, and marketing; facilitate joint visits with principal technical/sales teams. Map competition pricing and portfolios; provide market intelligence to shape strategy and line-up.
