Position Details Role: Executive Assistant to Director (Full-time, On-site) Location: Chennai Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Director Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements Handle confidential documents with utmost discretion Prepare and manage expense reports and budgets Facilitate effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders Oversee project coordination and ensure timely follow-ups on key activities Assist with documentation and project-related tasks managed directly by the Director Contribute to the design and execution of infrastructure and interior-related projects (preferred) Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong time management and problem-solving abilities Knowledge or background in Architecture/Interior Design (preferred) Experience handling confidential information with professionalism Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
