Booked baseball match tickets thru klook and the experience is awesome, fees are transparent, affordable and ticket collection is easy and straightforward. Highly recommended if you are planning to travel to a region where English is not the main language, take a look at what they have to offer first.

Amazing experience and cheaper price book with Klook. Unfortunately, due to weather issue we couldn't go to OCBC skyway, the ticket mentioned that they compensate with souvenir but due to time constraint I couldn't redeem that.

If I could give it zero star I would. Book via Klook at your own risk. When you need help with your bookings or have any changes (which nobody likes anyway), you can never get any help except standard template replies like what other customers said. It’s like talking to a robot. No more Klook for me :( one more customer gone.
