I had the exact same experience as some people have mentioned here. Singapore zoo, bird paradise and river wonders were removed suddenly. That too after the first booking was done so that we cannot get a refund. A bunch of lies strung together in the name of a pass. Not Klook. Rather, Crook.

The contact number is not in used. My friend helped me to book tickets from Klook, payment has been made and it's been 4 days we still didn't receive the tickets. The chatbot standard reply is to wait, and pretty useless. No hotline to speak with human. It's frustrating not knowing what happens to the money we paid.
