Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances after use. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items using industrial dishwashers or manual methods. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Ensure proper disposal and handling of waste and recycling materials. Stock and organize kitchen supplies, including cleaning materials and ingredients. Help set up and break down kitchen stations before and after shifts. Assist staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and reorder as necessary. Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used and maintained properly. Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Report any kitchen equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
