Kitchen Operations Executive

BirGo is a fast-growing cloud kitchen brand known for our premium biryanis and South Indian meals. We are looking for a responsible and energetic person to manage daily kitchen operations, staff schedules, and stock flow.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage daily staff roster (kitchen, helpers, delivery)

Monitor attendance, shift timings, and discipline

Check inventory levels daily and coordinate with suppliers for purchase

Maintain proper records of stock usage, wastage, and balance

Supervise daily kitchen activities — prep, cooking, packaging, hygiene

Ensure orders are ready on time and maintain food quality standards

Send daily reports (staff + stock + issues) to management

Support management with planning and cost control

Requirements

Minimum 1 years of experience in restaurant / cloud kitchen operations

Good communication in Tamil (basic English preferred)

Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

Organized, punctual, and able to manage people confidently

Should be committed to long-term work and growth with BirGo

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
